Sony is making a play in mobile? Say it's not so. But it be so. And after seeing a preview of this and the new Xperia Z smartphone, Sony may be a real player after all. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z is supposedly the thinnest and lightest 10.1-inch tablet you can buy at 0.27 of an inch thick and a little over 1 pound in weight. Being released this spring, pricing starts at $499 for 32GB version and $599 for the 64GB. The tablet has a full HD screen and a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor with 2GB of RAM. It has two cameras, 8 MP in the back, and a 2 MP in front.
